This is a silent audio file with a recording of the full essence of the Sei Hei Ki Reiki symbol (for emotional and mental healing). It can be looped, and contains the attunement in the actual file itself, which can be received by anyone simply by intention. For example, sit quietly and request to be attuned to Sei Hei Ki while listening to the file. You can also request an empowerment if you are already attuned. Note that you do not have to be attuned to the symbol to experience it.
